Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Cocoa Crush NZ Digital Gift Cards

These terms apply to digital gift cards purchased from Cocoa Crush NZ at www.cocoacrush.co.nz. 

1. Purchasing a Gift Card

Cocoa Crush Digital Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75 and $100.

Gift cards are delivered electronically and no physical gift card will be posted.

2. Delivery

Gift cards are sent by email to the nominated recipient. Purchasers can include a personal message and select a future delivery date.

Please ensure the recipient's email address is correct before completing your purchase.

Scheduled delivery dates are subject to successful payment processing and Shopify's email delivery service.

3. Validity and Expiry

Cocoa Crush Digital Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

The expiry date is displayed on the issued gift card. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will no longer be available for redemption.

4. Redeeming Your Gift Card

Gift cards can be redeemed online at www.cocoacrush.co.nz by entering the unique gift card code at checkout.

Gift cards may be used towards eligible products available on our website, including applicable shipping charges.

If your purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the difference can be paid using another accepted payment method.

5. Remaining Balances

Gift cards do not need to be redeemed in a single transaction.

Any remaining balance can be used towards future purchases until the gift card expires or the balance reaches zero.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law, and cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Gift card purchases are generally non-refundable for change of mind once issued.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.

Where a purchase made using a gift card is eligible for a refund, the amount paid using the gift card will generally be returned to the original gift card.

7. Lost or Misplaced Gift Cards

Please keep your gift card email and unique redemption code safe.

If your gift card email is lost or accidentally deleted, contact us at hello@cocoacrush.co.nz.

We may be able to assist with locating or resending the gift card after verifying the relevant purchase details.

Cocoa Crush NZ is not responsible for unauthorised use of a gift card code, except where required by law.

8. General

Gift cards are issued in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are redeemable through the Cocoa Crush NZ online store.

These terms do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable New Zealand law.
