Giveaway Terms & Conditions

The promoter is Cocoa Crush NZ.

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

Employees and immediate family members of Cocoa Crush NZ are not eligible to enter.

No purchase is necessary.

Entries must be made from a genuine personal or business social media account.

Cocoa Crush NZ reserves the right to disqualify entries from accounts that appear to have been created, maintained, or used primarily for entering giveaways, competitions, or promotions, including accounts with little or no genuine personal or business activity outside of competition-related content.

This is intended to keep the giveaway fair and reward genuine members of the Cocoa Crush NZ community.

If the randomly selected winner appears to be using an account primarily for entering giveaways, competitions or promotions, Cocoa Crush NZ may deem the entry ineligible and redraw the prize.

The decision of Cocoa Crush NZ regarding eligibility is final.

To enter through Instagram or Facebook, entrants must:

• Follow Cocoa Crush NZ on the platform used to enter.
• Like the original Obsessed Giveaway post.
• Tag a friend in a comment on the original giveaway post.

Each separate comment tagging a different genuine account counts as one entry. Comments made on shared or reposted versions of the giveaway post will not be counted.

Entries open when the giveaway post is published on Thursday 17 September 2026.

Entries close at 7:00pm NZST on Wednesday 23 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

One winner will receive one Cocoa Crush Signature Obsessed gift box, valued at NZ$75, with standard delivery to one New Zealand address included.

The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across the official Cocoa Crush NZ Instagram and Facebook giveaway posts.

The winner will be announced through Cocoa Crush NZ’s official social media accounts and contacted by direct message on Wednesday 23 September 2026.

If the winner does not respond by 11:00am on Thursday 24 September 2026, Cocoa Crush NZ reserves the right to select another winner.

The prize is scheduled to be dispatched on Thursday 24 September 2026.

Any personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, publicly announce the winner’s first name and/or social media username, and arrange delivery of the prize. The winner’s address and contact details will remain private and will not be publicly shared.

Incomplete, fraudulent or non-compliant entries may be disqualified.

Cocoa Crush NZ reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent it from proceeding as intended.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release these platforms from responsibility in connection with the giveaway.

The winner will only be contacted by Cocoa Crush NZ’s official account. Cocoa Crush NZ will never request payment or card details to claim the prize.
