The promoter is Cocoa Crush NZ.

• Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
• Entrants must have a public Instagram account at the time the winner is selected.
• Employees and immediate family members of Cocoa Crush NZ are not eligible to enter.

To enter the monthly giveaway, you must:

• Follow @cocoacrushnz on Instagram.
• Share a photo or Reel featuring your Cocoa Crush gift box.
• Tag @cocoacrushnz in your post or Reel.
• Each eligible post or Reel counts as one entry.
• Instagram Stories are not eligible for entry.

All eligible entries received during each calendar month will be included in that month's draw.

One winner will receive a Cocoa Crush gift box each month.

The prize contents and retail value may vary and are determined by Cocoa Crush NZ.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the calendar month.

The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of each month.

Previous winners are welcome to enter future giveaways but are not eligible to win in consecutive months.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Cocoa Crush NZ reserves the right to redraw the prize.

By entering the giveaway, you grant Cocoa Crush NZ permission to repost or share your giveaway entry on Cocoa Crush NZ's website and social media channels. Where practical, credit will be given to the original creator.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.

Cocoa Crush NZ reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time.
